Strategic Orienteering process includes:

Building the Strategic Foundation: Our team will engage with you and your team to build your organization growth plan, methods to neutralize your competition, and powerful implementation systems. Usually a three month process, including three specific retreats for the CEO and key managers.

Implementation: Quarterly strategic engagements to keep the growth on track.

CEO Confidant: Giant Partners develops relationships at the “confidant” level to provide you with a CEO-to-CEO, one-on-one method for confidential feedback and sounding board. We do this in conjunction with the quarterly strategic engagements and also through ongoing conversations, emails and phone calls.

Annual Planning: Usually a one-day event to re-charge the organizations growth plan and set the direction for the upcoming year.
