Richard Christman

Richard Christman has worked over 30 years both developing the strategies required for a business to grow and develp their potential but also implementing the strategies to fully capture both top and bottom line growth.

Richard has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institue of Technology and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  During his 30 years with Case and Case New Holland, he led multi-billion dollar dollar domestic and international dollar business units growing these businesses both organically and from acquisitions and joint ventures.  Richard was most recently CEO of THE GSI GROUP INC. a $400 million company in Illinois. 

Along with his passion for growing businesses through the thoughtful strategy development and disciplined execution is his love of teaching and developing leaders.  His passion for leadership development extends to his family life and helping raise eight children who are our window to the future.  

In 2007 Richard joined Giant Partners as an Executive Partner.
