Mary Lippert is a professional conference specialist and business administrator for Giant Partners. She coordinates all Strategic Planning sessions with our clients to create the perfect retreat setting for powerful thinking and planning. Additionally Mary oversees Giant’s critically acclaimed Growth Network and conferences and is the office administrator for Giant Partners.

Prior to joining Giant, Mary was the Youth Leadership Oklahoma coordinator for Leadership Oklahoma. This highly rewarding experience gave her the opportunity to impact our states young leaders through YLOk’s mission of developing young leaders who feel hope, pride and a responsibility for Oklahoma’s future. Mary managed the recruitment and selection of these special youth leaders, culminating in a spectacular week-long state-wide experiential tour. Through her creative drive to impact others, she also developed the Youth Council and LOk-YLOk mentor programs. Another LOK program that Mary was instrumental in developing was Entrepreneurs of Oklahoma or EOk. This “bootcamp” style program took emerging and established entrepreneurs on a fast track course through business start up with the key component of affecting the heart of the entrepreneur.

Passionate about her community, Mary was a founding board member of Belle Isle Enterprise Middle School, Inc. Today, she continues her role on the governing board. Belle Isle Enterprise Middle School is one of the state’s first “school of choice,” with an annual site-based managed budget in excess of $1.5 million. She has served in numerous key roles to create this visionary school from board president to personnel committee chairman to curriculum chair as well as grounds keeper. With this experience Mary was soon recruited to assist in opening another school known as Messiah Lutheran Church and School for children in grades K-6.

Mary graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. She resides in Oklahoma City with her husband Tom and they have two children. Passions other than her family and faith include running, cooking, reading and lifelong learning.
