Mr. Kubicek, President and CEO of Giant Impact and Co-Founder of Giant Partners, has over 15 years of experience in growing companies, both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Kubicek has experienced entrepreneurial success both in the US and in Moscow, Russia, where he was a co-founder of Global Options Inc., an outsourcing consulting firm that impacted Fortune 500 and other International firms.

His move back to Oklahoma City in the mid-90’s was caused by his work with the Humphreys family in a national, merchandising & distribution company called Jacks Merchandising. Once the company was sold Mr. Kubicek was then promoted to vice president of marketing for a $500 million firm, BMK Inc., where he worked with product branding and mass distribution merchandising. Among his duties, he also launched two Internet companies where he served as the general manager, controlling all phases of start-up, management and acquisition.

All of these experiences led him to the formation of Giant Partners, a growth firm, specializing in growing revenues and profits of organization through revolutionary strategic planning and growth advisory for CEOs and their teams.

“I have always believed that impacting people is the most important role of a leader of business. People make things happen,” says Kubicek. “If you can connect at the heart level you can perform great things together.”

Kubicek and Matthew Myers along with a strategic investment group formed Giant Impact that acquired an Atlanta based company, The Maximum Impact Group, in February 2007. With the acquisition, Kubicek was named President and CEO of Giant Impact.

Mr. Kubicek holds a B.B.A. in management from Oklahoma Baptist University. He and his wife, Kelly, have three children - Addison, Will and Kate. They are very active in the community and in their church. Mr. Kubicek speaks frequently in various forums and groups both professionally and in his spare time.
