Dave Gillogly
Dave Gillogly spent over 11 years at the helm of Express Personnel Services. During his tenure as president, the company grew from 100 offices and $100 million in sales to nearly 500 offices worldwide with sales exceeding $1.1 billion making Express the world’s largest privately-held personnel firm.
Prior to joining Express, Dave served in executive roles in several industries including oil and gas, transportation, and business consulting. He served on Governor David Boren’s staff and also served as Commissioner/CEO of the Oklahoma State Workers Compensation Insurance Fund during the terms of Oklahoma Governors Boren and Nigh.
A native of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dave is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA in economics and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing. Following his retirement he served for seven years as an adjunct professor in the Paul Dickinson School of Business at Oklahoma Baptist University. He has been a guest lecturer, panelist and speaker on leadership, management and organizational health and growth at conferences throughout the United States.
Dave has routinely volunteered his time and talents in educational and non-profit work. He served two terms on the Putnam City School Board, including one as president. He currently serves on the board of Francis Tuttle Technology Center. Dave has spent countless hours on behalf of the YMCA, the United Way, Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, and the Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma.
Since his retirement from Express in 2000, Dave spends part of each year at his home in Montana where he pursues the life of a trout bum. Dave is married to Millicent and they have two grown daughters.
